My curiosity for solving regulatory challenges and my eagerness to explore distinctive character of foreign legal systems led me to spend more than seven years as an in-house legal counsel. During this time, I enabled innovation in renowned financial and blockchain or tech companies such as PayPal.

When I moved to the GCC, I saw the growing need for safe, secure and compliant processing of data – an issue long established in Europe but increasingly critical in this region as fintech, AI and blockchain expand. Yet many tech entrepreneurs and investors were left without the operational solutions needed to capture these opportunities and overcome the regulatory complexities of fast evolving technologies such as industry 4.0, blockchain and AI.

This realization inspired me to found WiseHorizon: a consultancy built on the belief that regulation should not be a barrier but an enabler of sustainable innovation. By translating complex regulatory frameworks into actionable strategies, we bridge founder, investors and regulators across continents. Together with a network of selected experts, WiseHorizon helps financial service firms, investors and ventures in the GCC and Europe to position, structure, and scale responsibly in transformative sectors like fintech AI and blockchain.
